The service
Career Copilot provides AI-generated resume analysis, ATS compatibility scoring, job matching, cover letter drafts, and interview practice. Analysis is generated by AI models and is provided for informational and preparatory purposes — it is not a guarantee of interview invitations, job offers, or ATS outcomes at any specific employer, whose systems and criteria we don't control.
Plans and billing
The Free plan requires no payment and includes limited monthly analyses and job matches. Premium ($9/month) and Professional ($19/month) are paid subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Polar, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of your resume and any content you upload. By uploading it, you give us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you (analysis, matching, generation) as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you submit.
Acceptable use
Don't use Career Copilot to upload content you don't have rights to, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our scoring models, to scrape the service at scale, or to use the output to misrepresent your qualifications in a way that constitutes fraud against an employer.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. AI-generated scores, suggestions, and interview feedback may contain errors and should be used as guidance, not as the sole basis for career decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Copilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including job outcomes.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use section above.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; material changes will be flagged to account holders by email.
